@cherishedMagic7425 If I had a time machine, I would instantly undo the decision to hide my anxiety from my friends and family. After a car accident, I developed a severe fear of driving but kept it a secret because I didn't want to be a burden. I ended up canceling plans, isolating myself, and making the fear so much worse. I finally went on 7 Cups to talk to someone anonymously, and it made me realize how much time I wasted trying to fight it completely alone. I would go back and just tell someone I was struggling from day one.
