Being not enough

I have anxiety over everything such as family, friend and school. I give everything my full time when I dont meet my expectation, I suddenly feel that I am not enough. I feel so burnout that it affected my sleeping and my diet

@Lalaland13

Perhaps your expectations are too high?

I'm not saying you should aim really low but perhaps you need to set your goals realistically. Considering your personal issues, there's no need to be your own source of stress by not meeting your own standards.

Also, do other people complain about you or are your school teachers saying you're not doing well? You may be just overcomplicating things by being too self critical on yourself when in actuality you're doing OK in terms of family, friends, school, etc.

@Lalaland13

But you are enough lovely! <3

You're going to be okay, it might be a good idea to take a little self-care break.

Treat yourself, rest a while, then you can get back on track with a brighter outlook!

Things will turn up, just you wait. c:

@Lalaland13 Hey there, thanks for your post. I am so sorry to hear of your struggles; I understand the burnout of carrying so much anxiety. We are here for you, and please know that you are not alone. Feel free to reach out to speak with a listener if you ever wish to chat. Just the fact that you are still here despite everything is more than enough to me. :)

Definitely know how that is! Except youre doing better than me because youre talking to others about it! Great job reaching out because you arent alone. Its hard feeling like youre not enough. I hope youre not comparing yourself to others.

One thing i find helpful is taking time everyday to be really really good to yourself; spoil yourself, treat yourself. These little rewards slow you down and help you learn to appreciate yourself and everything you already are and have already done! It motivates you to keep going on the positive path.

@Lalaland13 Perhaps you aren't able to accept things. I personally have learnt the art of letting go, letting go of expectations and freeing the mind from expectations. Let beautiful things come your way and they eventually will.

It's understandable for you to feel burn out. Maybe you're too overwhelmed with everything, maybe taking it slow and one thing at a time?

@Lalaland13 hey thanks for posting, may you have ease in your life friend! everyone is a product of their environment and their genetics, I wonder if these anxieties are because of family or friends?

you are enough, you will always be. even in the rough, you have a friend in me. Much love as the heavens above :)
