Bizarre Feelings-- Dissocation? Depersonalization?

For a while now, every so often I'll get struck with these really bizarre feelings that are kind of hard to explain and I have no idea how to stop them. I want to say it's almost like dissociation or depersonalization and it almost always starts up, for some reason, when I'm doing something in the bathroom (most commonly brushing my teeth and shaving my legs in the shower but also sometimes while I'm eating breakfast in the living room, too). Why those particular things? I have absolutely no clue. There will be days, however, when I'm doing those average, everyday things as listed and I'll start to spiral into this really strange pit of feelings. My entire body feels weird and almost hollow and my throat closes up and I get lightheaded for a few seconds. Sometimes these weird visions flash through my head that I can't quite explain or remember once they go away but all I know is that they seem familiar but like I've only ever seen them in fever dreams. And everything feels weird and unnatural and almost unfamiliar afterwards, like I'm a shapeshifter inhabiting someone else's body with thoughts and memories that aren't my own or something like that. I woke up today feeling the same way and it's kind of stuck with me all day. It got so bad while I was brushing my teeth that I had to stop, finish early, and step out of the room for a few minutes to compose myself. It's such a weird, overwhelming feeling and while the act itself only lasts for a few seconds to a minute, the effects of it sometime stick around all day or the intense suckerpunch of feelings hit me again later in the day. I've tried googling this to figure out what it might be but because it's such a hard thing to explain, it's hard to find what it really might be. I'm thinking it very obviously has something to do with my anxiety (since I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder when I was thirteen but currently do not take any medicine for it because I didn't like the risk of addiction associated with what my doctor prescribed to me, so I try to remedy myself as best I can with psychological things like deep breathing and distractions whenever I get an attack). On the other hand, though, some of the search results have led me to things like temporal lobe seizures which almost sound accurate but the word "seizure" makes me nervous and skeptical. So might this just be a bout of depersonalization or dissociation? Or something more serious? Either way, if it persists, I'll probably have to talk to my doctor about it but for now, any thoughts and/or advice would be appreciated.

@myaekingheart. I am sorry you are dealing with this weird feelings, I have anxiety and depression, I too feel like you at times and it is pretty scary, especially feeling lightheaded and kinda out of your body, I have had it while I was driving before, it really made me more anxious, I would say it can be a symptom of anxiety, but probably good idea to get checked out by Dr. If you haven't seen one recently, hope that you can be calm and peaceful, you deserve it!
