Body Shame/Dysmorphia

Idk if this is the right spot for this but I’ve been struggling with my body image for years now. It affects me daily. I’ve never been in a relationship because of it and is the reason I don’t look for one either. As lonely I feel everyday, the anxiety over powers my desire for a partner. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life alone. Can anyone relate??

@sladen8 Hi! I cannot relate to your situation, but I have felt very alone at times. Try surrounding yourself with friends, family, and other loved ones! As for your body; you are perfect as you are! But if you ever do think about making a change, working out is always an option!

I can relate. But yk what? I have seen the most ugliest people (no offence to them) get into a loving relationship. It gives me hope. And about my body. I exercise daily. I used to be so lazy and never did it but I've set a routine for myself thats just perfect for my life. So thats making me feel better. I lost some weight too and my confidence is starting to get better. And in order to start being love you have to love yourself. Confidence is key
