Burnout from being anxious?
I always associate burnout with school and the feeling of having done so many assignments that I can’t bring myself to finish any more, but I’ve been so anxious this month over just everything that it makes me feel burnt out the same way? I guess I didn’t realize this was even possible.

The burnout feeling can spread. At this moment, self-care is very important. Since you don't have much free time, a small 5-10 mins things that make you relax can help too.
Hi @chris425, I think burnout can be more drastic and effect us more than we often think it can. School is definitely one way burnout can occur. Finding some time out of the day to relax is important.
Personally, I find I can also get burnt out through school and it tends to happen when not only assignments are difficult but especially when I have been doing them for hours during the day. It can effect you mentally, make you tired, and also not want to do any school work later on. While school work and assignments can seem daunting, and maybe feel like you cannot take a break, reminding yourself to even take breaks as short as 10-15 minutes is encouraged and can be helpful.
It is familiar to me. This feeling comes to me when I have been studying continuously for several weeks and there are no quiet weekends without school and studying. Then I feel emptiness and have no desire to do anything. For a long time I didn't know how to behave in such a situation, but now I have some good ways. Since I study well and when I start have anxiety, I take one day off from school and homework. Then I usually drink sedatives from CanadaDrugs, do what I love to do - it's drawing, watching TV series, going to the gym. This allows me to relax mentally and I can continue my studies at school. Also, I always tell myself that I don't have much left to study there and it will end soon
