Called yet Another line

I called a crisis line outside the state of Oregon , where I live . They gave me more helpful information which I haven’t heard of before. They couldn’t do anything in the moment. Which was a bummer. But we will see.
Update!! I’m done . I’ve called and called and the one person I got who was actually helpful,
the support places do not take my health insurance. That’s why I haven’t heard of these resources before. 😡

Another update!!!
im finishing out my evening calling actual therapists in my area, filtered by my health insurance. I’m that desperate. My local emergency department is useless. Crisis lines suck. So… thanks for following along
