@GhostnMoon Oh man, sleep is so important. I have friends who can sleep two hours and be fine, but I need at least 7 to function properly and not fall all over the place, so I can only imagine what you're going through! I think your best bet might be going to a doctor, truthfully. They might help you by doing a sleep study to see what might be stimulating your mind and body when you're trying to fall asleep. When my anxiety rises before bed, I focus on breathing, feeling the rise and fall of my abdomen. Giving my mind something to focus on releases a little bit of my anxiety and slows my heart rate down a little bit.
