Constant Worry Anxiety

Hi fam ! I dont know how helpful this support group will be but Ill give it a try anyway ! Basically Im 29 years old and I worry everyday of death yup MORTALITY!!! Crazy right , I get a constant ache in my left side of my chest every time and then instantly I think Im dying - went to go see a doctor for blood tests and everything is fine but said I have anxiety for sure after doing his testing thing - anyway point of it all is any major event coming up in my life I basically always think Im going to die before it or get really really sick - any time I see an ad were someone is dying at a young age or getting sick I instantly think it will happen to me ! My biggest fear is having a heart attack because all of this ache I get when I get anxiety yeah wtf right . Just looking for any others who experience worry to the next level like I do ?
