As somebody who is disabled and was born female but identifies as male, Ive been dealing with Anxiety from time to time. What has led up to dealing with this was being molested at a young age and also when I was eighteen. It has affected me so much that Ive thought about suicide multiple times to end the emotional pain. Ive attempted two years ago and was hospitalized for three days at a 52-50 facility. Opeing up about what happened has been a difficult thing to do since Im a person whos afraid of being judged by those who I do and dont know.

I'm sorry that you were forced to deal with this alone. It's terrible that you opened up to us and we failed to support you the way you deserved to be supported through this tough time.

My heart goes out to you for having to endure the expereinces and the pain from your past. I'm glad that you sought out help and you are taking steps to open up to more people about your situation in order to recieve support. I know first talking about buried trauma can bring up a lot of unwanted emotions with it, I promise that it gets better the more you process what happened.

I hope that you are doing better now and you are more comfortable being yourself. I hope anxiety isn't still overwhelming you but if it is, I am here to work through it with you.
