Hello, It's my first thread; I'm dealing with a lot of new things in my life, but the biggest challenge is that I'm going to have a baby soon I don't know if I will be a great and strong mother; how can I raise a baby if I always feel that I'm a weak person...

@kindMoon4160 hello! Thanks for posting here, and welcome to the 7cups threads!

I know changes can be a huge thing to deal with. Especially with trying to be a good mom on top of all the changes. You have every reason to feel stressed.

Tell me, what type of changes are you experiencing? How do each of these changes make you feel?

We here at 7cups are always here for you, 24/7. We will support you no matter what and don't hesitate to send any of us a message, that's why we're here!

the changes that happens to me in few months is getting married and have a different life with responsibilities, graduating from the college and having more free time with nothing to do, also loosing two members of my family in a accident, I never feel that I’m having fun even when i try to spend my time with friends and family, can’t focus if I tried to read a book or watch movie

Well I think it's important to realize that even for dealing with the things we deal with and being able to push through it, makes us strong especially when we are expressing how we feel about it. We have all overcame and still are overcoming obstacles. And for that you can learn how to give that strength and love to your kid. You'll know how to communicate with them. They'll love you no matter what I'm sure. You got this. You are valid. You are emotionally strong. You're going to be a great mom. Even for writing this is a big step and I'm proud of you for honoring your emotions and being open. I hope this at least helps or makes a difference. I'm trying to send love, peace and support in the only way I know how. Have a blessed day!
