Defeating anxiety
Now my only goal is to get a job. I'm holding on because of my family who have sacrificed many things for me. I want to do it for them and myself. But it's definitely not easy and I have a long way to go. I am the type of person who is bad at handling pressure. My main fear is like my self doubt and anxiety. My insecurities is holding me back. Anxiety has ruined my life but I want to defeat my anxiety. I want to prove that I'm stronger than my anxiety. I want to be better at dealing with stress and criticism, which are kind of my weakness. All my life I have this negative view like I can't do this, but one day I want to say I did it.
Hello.
This is Pinky.
Finding a job is stressful at times, (I agree, I was in that boat for awhile, sailing aimlessly), however maybe the jobs out there aren’t for you, maybe instead of finding a job, create one or find something you really like doing.
Your family is there to give you support, find something positive everyday to up lift yourself, or find a friend you can trust, maybe that might be a window of opportunity for you.
Fear and self doubt are stronger if you decide those be the ones steering you future, how do they control you? No one knows who you are, only you. Criticism sounds awful, however if it helps you to improve yourself, why not change. It doesn’t always happen right away or change isn’t overnight, change takes time, its a progress.
How will you feel about yourself once hired?
