Anyone else have dizziness as one of the symptoms from anxiety? First time feeling dizzy from being anxious, and have been having small panic attacks because of it. Any resolutions?

Dizziness can be caused by anxiety, perhaps due to blood pressure changes or just the acute stress reactions that it causes. In certain cases it helps to deal with the anxiety through deep breathing and other calming down methods to help. If it persists perhaps maybe see a professional regarding it to see if they have anything that can help!

Personally, I have a relative that suffers from dizziness at times as a reaction to anxiety or stress. I hope that their experience can be of some help:

They found that laying on their back, closing their eyes and doing deep breathing exercises helped.

Chewing ice also helped. They got overheated when they were stressed or anxious. Chewing ice helped them cool down and also helped calm them down. Or as an alternative, they ran a face towel under cold water and then put the towel on their forehead.

You could also try speaking to your doctor about this and see if they can suggest something to help you with this.

Hope things get better.

Dizziness can be a side effect of anxiety. No easy answers are there could be other causes. It does help to stay hydrated.
