Euphoria?

I've had two experiences where before a panic attack I have a huge surge of euphoria. I'm feeling that now and now I'm feeling panicked about it! Anyone else ever had this?

@BradleyK I haven't heard of euphoria coming before a panic attack (although I have heard of it coming afterwards) It must be the same thing but I also found this site that talks about the relationship between anxiety and euphoria.
