Everything wrong with me, venting letter
Hello,
I'm a girl with so many problems, I'm 24 years old . I was diagnosed with clinical depression and I currently suffer from continuous panic attacks, unfortunately therapy is a bit expensive for me now and not accessible.
I've been in uni for 6 years and I can't seem to finish, every time I'm close to the end something pops up in my life and ruins everything.
I have troubles at home but can't leave because I can't afford it and my parents won't allow me to leave.
I've been in a very toxic relationship, this thing made me scared of relationships.
I hate it when people tell me to be positive, this is the problem, I can't think positively ... or rationaly ...
I need to vent and a way for my panic attacks to stop ... I really need to be able to sleep at night.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you have a tough experience now. I had GAD before, I can understand your feeling, have you tried to take a meditation at home? Or you could listen some calm music. When you have panic attacks, try to calm down, also, you should acknowledge that this is your part of life, but believe that everything will be okay, you will welcome a new life when you overcome it.
Keep going!
@Tayma97 I'm sorry to hear about all of these stressors in your life and the panic attacks that you are experiencing. I just want to say that I'm really proud of you for coming here and posting about it. I know it may not seem like a lot but it really is a big step. It's letting out those frustrations, even in a minor way.
I noticed you said you don't have the energy to really talk about all and that's completely understandable. But please know that my chat is always open should you suddenly feel the need too.

Hi Tayma97,
First off, thank you for sharing and I'm sorry to hear about the stressful situations going on in your life. It is understandble that you are feeling frustrated with yourself and your family while trying to finish uni and maintain healthy relationships. I know not being able to access therapy is very difficult but are there any free sources that might be avaiilible to you? And are there techniques such as deep breathing that have worked well for you in the past? I wish you the best and if you ever need to talk I am here for you!

Hello,
Thank you for your reply, therapy is a bit complicated at the moment, and not getting into details the one that's affordable is pretty bad option for me now. I also don't fell safe enough to be in therapy again .
As for techniques, usually it's hear people talking, sometimes somkung ... they're random but they help me.
Again thank you 🌺🌺
