Fear of puke has me so anxious

I have been struggling with a phobia of puke my whole life. Lately my fears have gotten to me so bad I can't make it through a whole day with out it affecting my life. I've decided I need help coping and dealing with my fear.

Im reaching out to see if any other individuals have dealt with this issue positively and can offer some help!!!
