I just had a therapy session and it was wonderful! It's normal for me to begin to push myself, but today I'm just going to enjoy this.

@BradleyK Always nice to see when people are having great days! Thank you for sharing with us :) 7cups isn't just about getting support through the hard times but also cheers through the victories. I'm sorry that we didn't celebrate this sooner.
