Feeling very guilty
Whenever I mess up or make even a minor mistake, I can't help but feel so guilty and worthless...even if someone gives me constructive criticism I feel like a failure and unworthy of love and care

Hey SensibleBranch,
I just wanna say that everyone makes mistakes, and it's totally healthy to feel guilty. At some point we need to forgive ourselves and recognize that we are all worthy of love. Sometimes it helps to forgive others before we feel that we are worthy of forgiveness.

I’m sorry to hear that way, anxiety can make us be so hard on ourselves when we don’t deserve it. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s just a part of being human no one is perfect! One trick I learned in therapy you may have heard of is to ask what would you say to a friend who made the same mistake? It certainly wouldn’t mean they’re not lovable, probably just they’re a person who made a mistake and can grow from it.
That being said I still definitely struggle with phobias about what would happen if I made a mistake too, and can go into a spiral of thinking other people would notice, then judge me, then they’d tell other people who would judge me, and so on. Anxiety is hard and I’m proud of you for being here to get support for yours. I’m glad you shared and I hope this helps, there’s a whole community of people here for you!

I am sorry to hear that, sometimes we can be so hard on ourselves. try to remember that no one is perfect and we all learn and grow from our mistakes. it is okay to feel guilty, but remember we also need to forgive ourselves.
I am proud of you for saying it out loud, I hope you find someone listener to talk about this and help you feel better.
