Frustrating day

So this morning was really good, I woke up early, showered and took my time getting ready for work . Then as I'm walking to work, I ran into my ex fiancee... my heart sank... I felt like I couldn't breathe... I was and still am so madly in love with him. But he broke my heart.. Will this feeling ever go away??

Im sorry to hear about the breakup. 😞
It takes time and wont happen overnight. Sometimes, you have to put away your memories of him (e-mails, messages, pictures, etc.) and lock them up in a box in order to give yourself time to forget about him or at least take more of the hurt out of it.
