Gah. Why is work so much work?

It isn’t that I hate my work or what I do. I actually quite like it, usually. But sometimes it gives my anxiety a foothold in my brain. Littles worries plague me. Usually at night, when I am alone and without a person to talk to. Did I mess up? What would they think? Was it a trick to get me? I don’t really know why my brain goes there, but it does. I know, I’m not special or particularly unique. My stomach hurts, I feel icky inside. I don’t really k ow how to explain that word. It is more a physical thing, jiggly and almost painful.

@Zanne

Hello Zanne. It is said that the actual work is just 50% of what we have to do, and the other 50% is about human relations at work. So its somewhat natural to be worried about that, not to the extend to have anxiety nevertheless. For some people the actual work may be the difficult part and for other people it is the human relations what may be more difficult.

I hope you will find your way and feel better. Hugs.
