I just wanted to share my last few days. My therapist suggested a punching bag and some exercise to combat my anxiety and rage. I'm normally not one for exercising but I'm determined to rid myself of all these feelings so I went out and bought all the gear i needed to get me started. That was 4 days ago, I have some busted knuckles and my body is killing me but it's working :). I've had my moments, yesterday was a bad day but I didn't dwell on it. Instead I went and threw a few punches to let it all out and I felt a lot better. I feel like that's a win.

Woo! That's totally a win and I'm glad you found something that helps you release anxiety. If you haven't already, I'd recommend getting bandages and boxing gloves. Helps you avoid some painful wrist and knuckle injuries.
