I understand, I believe you mean that you get anxiety over your anxiety, and I get the same way. Just know you are not alone in this, maybe try to center yourself and do breath exercises to help ground yourself.

@TeaNeedsChat I have this too, it's doesn't help that I also have health issues and distrust in doctors. I've been having tachycardia from my anxiety and then I panic and the tachycardia gets worse and I think I'm having a heart attack. It's awful. Hard way to go through every day.

Hello, I'm sorry that you're dealing with this. I can totally relate to this. Being anxious and then getting more anxious because I'm anxious. It can be difficult to deal with. Sometimes the best thing to do is to just take your mind off everything by doing something you enjoy or watching a funny movie or video that will make you laugh.

I can really relate with this. This is exactly what I’m going through right now. I hope you found your way around it and you’re still open to talk. I really do need someone to vent on

@TeaNeedsChat

I have been though anxiety attacks it sucks but Anxiety isn’t something bad

@TeaNeedsChat

hello! I'm viv

this must be a very difficult situation for you to be in. having anxiety about your anxiety is quite unnerving. and sometimes when you get anxious, there are physiological reactions. for instance your heart starts beating fast, breathing becomes heavy, palms start sweating. it can be different for each individual but it's quite understandable why you'd be worried about it. in that situation, instead of spiraling further, you could maybe try doing some breathing exercises, or take a deep breath and focus on something and start counting, for eg tiles on the ground or leaves on a tree, counting distracts you and helps you remain calm. and we're right here to help you if you ever need us. thank you for reaching out! take care!!

Hello, I understand how you are feeling. Being severely anxious because of knowing that you are already anxious is a difficult thing to cope with and it is really frustrating. I am really sorry you are going through this!

Take a moment and let your mind relax by focus on your breathe. Then try doing deep breathing with closing your eyes, thinking of those thoughts that make you anxious as clouds and let them pass by just like clouds.

After calming down, you can go ahead and try some activities which make you happy and let your mind off from those thoughts. If that seems to be not working you can always go for having a talk with someone and letting it out. I, as a listener is always here for you, you can always on count on me or you could also explore some listeners from our big community with whom you like.

I hope this post helps you! Wish you get well soon and best of luck! 😊💗

@TeaNeedsChat Absolutely, it's very common to experience heightened anxiety when you start to worry about your physical symptoms. This kind of feedback loop can make everything feel even more overwhelming. Many people find that learning to manage anxiety in general can help reduce these feelings. Have you tried any relaxation techniques or mindfulness exercises? it is a challenging cycle to break, but you are not alone.

@TeaNeedsChat  I understand what you're saying as I can personally relate. I'll also get anxious over the ways anxiety can physically manifest, which results in having health anxiety. Hence, you're definitely not alone in how it's been affecting you. Have you tried engaging in deep breathing exercises or relaxation techniques? Wishing you all the very best.

I can relate to that. When I first started having anxiety and panic attacks I didn’t know what was wrong with me.

I was so afraid and thought I might have a serious health problem.

I did check ups and all examinations, and it was then that I discovered that I was having anxiety attacks.

The attacks are fewer now, but I have to constantly remind myself that it will pass and there is nothing wrong with my health.
