My daughter is leaving today to go back up near her college & stay with a friend. Im having extreme anxiety and I can barely function. For a long time she has been my main support and now that is all changing. Im near panic; would appreciate any support.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having anxiety about your daughter going away to school.
