I went through my husbands phone and found videos of another women. One he claims is a 'good friend' those videos weren't something you would send a good friend. I feel broken.. He says he is sorry and is struggling with his own issues but when I ask about this lady.. he gets defensive and protects her
Hello. Im sorry your going through this. In Jan 2020, I had a similar situation where I found messages from another man on my wife's phone. They discussed a kiss they shared and sexual fantasy. After confronting my wife, she blocked him and we went to couples therapy for a while. The healing process will take some time. After it happened, I struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts because of how bad I was hurt by the betrayal. I would recommend finding a counselor that will see you both and get everything out in the open so you can begin to heal and piece together your marriage. It will take hard work and dedication, but in time you'll start to feel like your normal self again.
