Highschool all over again

So I work at a hotel. My manager always decides for some reason to bully me, gaslight me, and blame me for things that sometimes are not even my fault. At the same time, there's days where we have no problem and she will be nice to me. So I get confused on how to feel about it, I also don't want to be mean back because it's my manager..

On my days off usually she calls me to complain about what is going on that day, or yell at me about how I messed up on something. The blame is usually because she doesn't look at the time of check in or what clerk checked in what guest and just automatically blames me almost everytime. She makes me look dumb infront of guests by standing over me practically hovering to comment on any mistake I make in front of them.

Today, 15 minutes before I'm supposed to go to work she calls me yelling at me about how some workers were supposed to be in certain rooms.. long story short I'm now to blame for A guy from a whole other company not going to work, and two rooms not paid for because said company claims I messed up...

Mistakes aside and whether I did them or not, it's just hurtful that Everytime she blames me first.. apparently her nor my coworkers can make any mistake. I just get upset & anxious/mad because I know there's nothing I can do except try to defend myself without crossing the line.
