How does it feels to be anxious inside my head.
Have you ever been so much in your head and not present in the now, that all your mind do is recreating situations that might happen or might never happen?
Example I met this girl, and I am already thinking on having a baby with her, her babies having more babies. And our future babies being grown up and having a discussion over something , and then me saying no you should be good.. lol...
Its like every time you recreate situations in your head of how things should have been or lets say... you had a fight with someone, and then you recreate a situation in your head in where you are a super hero.. or something and they bow in front of you.. or everything goes perfect like an utopia in your head...
That is what anxiety does in my head.. all this scenarios of how things could be or should have been and so on.. and this prevents me for being present in the now, maybe cause the now seems very mundain and boring for me.. who knows.. so what do you think of this, pleace share and subscribe.. err.. lol..
@talktomeok Thank you for sharing your experience with anxiety :) Yes, it seems that a large part of anxiety is dwelling on nonexistent scenarios, which then somehow take on a life of their own haha. I liked your example, and as silly as it seems, it's definitely a natural thought to occur. It's also helpful to recognize it as anxiety when you start thinking about the very distant future, I think.
