I know there everyone is going through something. I know there are a lot of people in the world way worse off than me. I have a lot to be grateful for but there have been so many changes within the past 6 months that i feel like I’m starting to go crazy. Idk if i can take it anymore and i don’t have anyone to talk to and don’t have any will to do anything to help me cope. I guess i really don’t know how to cope. I am always depressed and negative lately and idk. It feels like I’m not liked at work. My family don’t talk to me. Covid has my anxiety through the roof. I’m trying to support financially my own small family and my bf of 5 years decided to ruin my birthday by accidentally revealing he had a tinder account. I don’t trust anyone at all and i feel 0 positivity. I can’t get my mind right.

I know how you feel. Sometimes we can look around and see how blessed we are but not feel happy about any of it. That's how I feel EVERYDAY. Instead of being grateful, I worry about what other people think, (waste of time, can't control what they think), work stuff, relationships issues, the list goes on. It can pile up on you and before you know it, it dominates your thought-life. If we can control our thoughts we can control our anxiety because (for me), I find that the stuff I'm worrying about is usually never a REAL issue, its just stuff that I have no control over or things that aren't really a big deal. Try starting the day with some positive affirmation. For me its scripture, or music. It's not easy, but if you can develop a routine, it can be really helpful.

Thanks for sharing, it's a big deal getting stuff off your chest. It's true other people have their problems but that doesn't make yours any smaller. I know feeling alone is one of the worst feelings in the world, it will punch you down. It will make you negative and feel bad. I'm sorry for what happened on your birthday. Either way, even if you're boyfriend is supportive, you need more people. Maybe you could reconnect with an old friend? If not there's other options, organisations like Samaritans are always happy to talk. Whatever you decide, I'm here if you need an ear :)

Wow i really appreciate both of your kind words. It makes me feel good to hear supporting things. I’ve never gotten support before from anyone. I’ve had a hard life. I’m going to keep using this app, i bought some stress relieving tea and I’m going to see how that goes.
