Hi there. The closer I get to leaving for this residential treatment program. The more I don’t know how I feel about it. My depression and anxiety are on high. This is supposed to help and the one thing that I haven’t wrapped my brain around is… it’s 90 days. Average stay is 97 days. I hope I can make it home by Christmas. But… I don’t like my home living environment currently.

@leannescarlett Maybe ask if you could try a longer treatment center, if you feel you need a longer stay.
