If I remember right we're not supposed to talk about suicide on here but to heck with it
My next therapist appointment on tuesday I'm going to talk to her about my suicidal thoughts and self harm (strangling myself, odd choice I know) as they've been increasing heavily.
And I'm anxious that she's going to admit me to the hospital (which, is honestly for the better)
more anxious on what people will think
INCREDIBLY anxious that I'll just go and relapse once I get out, as I know full well it's caused by my home life.
so once I get home, I'll just go back to thinking this way.
I feel like I'll have no where to go.

@Gumshoes

You aren't threatening yourself by talking to us about self-harming ideas. Some medications can help, and the more likely outcome is that the psychiatrist will prescribe something to help. Of course, if you feel like you're going to harm yourself, please call 911. Therapists do not want to put people inpatient facilities forcibly. So, when you walk into the office, that is not an expected outcome. The goal is to provide a medication that balances you so that it no longer feels like there's no solution to the problem.
