Hi @reliableCake732, I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way right now, but I’m so glad you reached out. It sounds like you’ve been carrying a lot, and I want you to know that it's okay to feel lost sometimes. You're not alone in what you're experiencing.
You’ve mentioned struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, and feeling like you’re not good enough. Those feelings can be really tough, but they don’t define who you are or what you can achieve. It’s really important to be kind to yourself and take things one step at a time, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed.
As for your concerns about learning disabilities, it’s possible that there may be challenges you’re facing that could be related to how your brain processes information, but that doesn’t mean you’re not capable. There are many types of learning styles, and what works for others may not work for you — that doesn’t make you “bad” or less talented. Sometimes, it can help to talk to a trusted adult, like a school counsellor or parent, to get support and explore your strengths and areas for growth.
I want to reassure you that you have value, and you deserve to be patient with yourself. Small steps, like breaking tasks into smaller chunks or finding support when you need it, can make a huge difference.
Would you like to talk more about ways to manage anxiety or how to take things one step at a time? You’ve got this, and I’m here for you.
Hey, thank you for sharing all of this, it really sounds like you’re going through a tough time, and I can hear how overwhelmed and discouraged you're feeling. It makes sense to feel anxious when things feel so hard and when you feel different from others. You're not alone in this, and your feelings are completely valid. I’m really glad you reached out, just know that you're heard, and you matter 🌷💛
Hey 💜 First, thank you so much for being brave and sharing what you’re feeling. It takes real courage to be this open. I hear you, and you’re not alone. A lot of people, even those who seem like they have everything together, go through times when they feel lost, behind, or not good enough. But that doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you're human.
You mentioned you get anxiety and panic attacks easily. This can make it really hard to focus, learn, or feel safe in your own body. It can make small tasks feel huge and exhausting.
If you do have learning differences, it is not your fault, they are just different ways your brain might be wired.
I understand wanting to be athletic and to have everything figured out. Remember to be kind to yourself when you're struggling, that doesn't equal laziness, it's your body asking for care.
Being slower does *not* mean you’re worse or less smart. Your pace is okay. It just might mean you need a different style of learning or more support, and that’s totally valid.
Please remember this:
You’re not lazy.
You’re not stupid.
You’re not alone.
You are worth loving exactly as you are.
You might just need different tools, support, and care to grow in your own way, and that’s completely okay.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way🥺, but I’m glad you reached out and you're very brave to do so. It sounds like you’re going through a really tough time, and that’s okay. It’s important to remember that everyone struggles sometimes, and it doesn’t mean you’re weak or not capable. It’s okay to feel like things are moving slowly, everyone learns and grows at their own pace.
It also sounds like anxiety might be making things even harder for you, which can definitely make everything feel overwhelming. Panic attacks and feeling anxious can make it tough to focus and get things done. But it's not your fault for these occurrences, it's a natural response for unsettling situations and we all react in our own way.
And also, everyone has strengths, and sometimes it takes time to figure out what yours are. You don’t have to be good at everything to be amazing. Just do things at your own pace, it's not a competition of who has more talents but, maybe think of who has the best attitude towards self discovery and improvement ☺️
Please remember, you’re not alone in this. You are still growing, and it’s okay to ask for help. Be kind to yourself, you’re doing the best you can, and that’s all that matters 💛
Hi dear I know what you might go through is feel frustrated and almost wanting to give up but what I want you to pay attention to is to become aware of how you’re speaking to yourself often we’re not aware our negative thoughts and the way we talk to ourselves is also creating all the frustration experiences that we don’t like. Instead of criticizing, what is not working how about we focus on that you’re trying that you’re showing up that you’re caring about your school, classes and you are good enough and you’re gonna make it and things are working out for you even if you don’t feel that way just continue doing so and also like other people recommended you to seek other supports that possibly your intuition or within you is guiding you to seek. I hope this is a helpful tip for you. Just remember your subconscious mind is Listening 24 hours and what we say to our self it matters because it literally manifest into our reality. Many people don’t know about this and it’s very crucial insight that is often missed. With love and light

Hey @reliableCake732
I am sorry you are having a hard time in the school. Have you tried taking a offline medical help and getting your blood-work done. There are a lot of possibilities and medical reasons for your situation. It would be better to take a medical help.
Till then please take care of your health. Sending you a lots of love ❤️.
Takecare 🙂.
Hey, I truly feel for the way you're feeling at the moment. I want you to know that struggling sometimes is normal and does not indicate that you are failing or that you are flawed. Everyone progresses at their own speed, and it's acceptable to take things at your own speed and time. The fact that you're trying your hardest already says a lot. Feeling overburdened is incredibly difficult, but you don't have to bear this burden alone. Talking about your feelings with someone you can trust can have a significant impact. You shouldn't be too hard on yourself because you're not alone in this. You deserve all the help and attention you need to feel better because you are important.
