I'm drowning.
Nowadays, I get a lot of physical symptoms. It used to just be stomach problems, but now I get nausea, vomiting, dizziness, insomnia, etc. It's like this pit in my stomach is just destroying my body from the inside out. And I get anxious for silly things, too. I beat myself up for dumb social mistakes for weeks and months afterwards and call myself stupid and other horrible names out loud afterwards. I don't know. I feel like I'm drowning sometimes.

I'm very sorry to hear you've been experiencing all these symptoms. I can imagine they must be affecting your life. It sounds like your having trouble with your stomach especially? The stomach is often called the second brain. A lot of my anxiety manifests in my stomach as well, so I totally understand where you're coming from. One thing that's helped me when dealing with physical symptoms is breathing exercises. Just focusing on my breath and the way it feels helps take the focus off of my other symptoms, which eventually lessens them.
I really hope you find a solution in managing your symptoms. If you're interested, here's a self help course that covers some helpful coping methods: https://www.7cups.com/act-therapy-techniques/
Wishing you good health my friend <3
Im sorry to hear you’re struggling so much! It’s so hard to feel like your health is affected as well. I struggled with stomach issues as well due to my anxiety for a long time( still do occasionally). Mentioned above, breathing does help me immensely as well. Something that helps me when I feel myself going down an anxious path and getting that pit in my stomach, is to stop myself and just close my eyes and combine it with the breathing. Sometimes just eliminating the stimulation of your senses can help. I hope that these things help you! Hang in there and know that you are not alone! Hope you can find peace!
