Hmmm I guess it depends what these cards were saying, if they were just generic, positive things (or typical things you say to a crush), I don't think it's really all that creepy. You just wanted to do something nice for someone you liked, you didn't hurt anybody, I don't see that as a "mess up" really. It's up to you if you want to tell her, or your friend, but I don't feel like you really have an obligation...if I was in that position, I think I would just let it go haha if the cards weren't getting a good reaction, I'd probably just not send more and move on, and I'm sure they will move on too.

I think the only reason it would be good to confess would be if she was scared/hurt by it, or if it was really really bothering you and you just wanted to get it off your chest. It's really up to you in the end, what you think the better option is :)
