Im new and need help

Hello, i am new here i um well dont really know how to start but i have severe aniexty and i cause myself to have panic attacks that make me sick to my stomach, doctor said i should talk to therapist because i have an oitside fear causing irrational fears but i dont have money to go to one. I have aniexty meds to take but i am scared to take them because i dont wanna feel like a zombie or have suicide thoughts im so scared sometimes and can never find someone to talk to about whats going on
