I'm unable to function

My dr. Changed my meds because they weren't working anymore. The new medication pushed me into a new realm of horror. I can't function. I can't work. The heart palpitations are so bad I feel like I'm having a heart attach. I'm starting a new medication but my dr. Feels I should go on fmla for awhile. I'm a single mother and feel like I failed everything. I want to crawl into a hole.
@Taw Just an update. It's been a couple days and I'm still having severe heart palpitations. I also had a fever of 102.9 yesterday. They acted like that was normal. I had no idea anxiety can cause fevers.
