I need help

I am new to 7 cups and I hope to find help and a community. My anxiety has gotten so bad that I am literally destroying myself. I get uncontrollable, severe itchiness mostly on my left arm. It is intense and unbearable. I have really torn my arm up. I don’t know how to control this anxiety. 😢😭😞
