It might be just me. . .

I just get sudden mood drops, like it's just a wave of depression coming over me for no reason and I hate admitting to it. People already that are close to me know I have anxiety but, they don't understand that it isn't always just screaming and cradling yourself in a corner.

I just feel sick in the stomach and I'm loosing sleep, I'm behind in school (I failed my first semester so, if that isn't bad enough) and with that I don't have the energy to do anything or go anywhere. I am scared to leave me house, or room in fact and I can't even face my parents for that matter to be honest.

The pills don't work and just a simple "it will get better" doesn't work either. . .

@gaalaxy

I hope that you have counseling or will consider it. You shouldn't have to feel this bad and I think you realize that. Family does not always understand. Friends do not always understand. That is why it is best to speak with a professional when anxiety and depression become too much. You deserve to live a quality life! Don't be afraid to stand up for what you need to feel healthier. Best wishes and hang in there!
