It’s all so difficult
A little background I’m a highschooler in the United States Anyways the last few weeks I’ve had to watch a friend Get involved in a relationship where she’s being used And put in a dangerous situations Well I can do nothing but watch this has reeked havoc with my anxiety i’ve tried to reach out about my deteriorating mental state to my school counselors but the first time I actually opened up they dismissed it instead asking if I could tell them about someone I know my town is small and has limited mental health resources which means I’m trapped at the Moment I don’t really know what to do I have no family or friends to really fall on

Oh any discussion helps And I am trying to explore that option but again I live in a small town we don’t have any licensed therapist

Oh wow! Maybe you could try online? Seven cups is good but some listeners don't respond. Some randomly go poof. So I don't suggest 7 cups for serious things.

Well thank you Although I said what the biggest problems were in the post I have issues maintain friendships due to abandonment and trust issues so whenever I do make a friend I tend to get close and it means a lot so seeing one of them go into something like that and only get worse as time goes on is crushing because I know it’s not gonna end well 
She’s going to end up In a really dark place by the end of this I can tell
