Job Anxiety

I work a very stressful job at a major call center for a big phone company (Now work from home). I had anxiety before but this job has taken its toll after over a year. I've always had trouble getting out of bed because of anxiety but it normally faded once I got into work mode but I recently had a string of bad days at work from customers, management, and the whole system together. I snapped everytime someone upset me I would be on the verge of crying or being angry and I'd give attitude back to them. Then a week ago I couldn't do it anymore I stopped going to work, I'm not sure if I can go back or if I want to. My partner is helping with bills and I'm doing doordash also cooking and cleaning which I enjoy but ill have to work eventually. It's just hard because I enjoyed the benefits of the job sleeping in, working in pj's, staying home but the customers and the company made the job hell. Is there any one who is struggling with the same issue?

@discreetMelon8880 working for a call center does sound stressful and honestly sometimes people are not very respectful and management is not considerate. Not exactly the same but I did do door to door sales fr awhile and that gave me a lot of anxiety and I dreaded going to work so much since a lot of people view you as an annoyance. It's hard as sometimes we need the money and security a job brings but our mental health matters as well. If possible, I'd recommend finding a job with a more supportive healthy environment. But you know yourself best, if it's becoming unbearable even during the job and you feel yourself breaking in anger or wanting to cry, maybe it's either time for a break or a new job. It won't be easy whatever you decide but I hope you all the best
