i haven’t been doing so great lately. my anxiety has gotten to be overwhelming in all aspects of my life. I can’t talk to my friends without worrying about what i am saying or how i am saying it.

i feel that i’m trying very hard to be. and i’m failing at being. I felt myself having an anxiety attack today. it was sad. i went to open lab to study for my anatomy exam and i freaked because the instructor wasn’t being as friendly with me. I know why, not that it helps.

I ended up just sitting there trying to study all the muscles without asking for help once. i needed so much help. maybe it’s tension? i’m not sure what in me builds up this thing of talking to authority figures.

Hey. Sounds like you’re going through a rough time. Anxiety sucks. Panic attacks are worse. Throw authority figures into the mix and you have a picnic from hell.

I don’t know why this happens to so many and I wish I knew. PTSD or trauma, upbringing and environment, genetics and personality all come together into perfect storms sometimes to knock us down without rhyme or reason.

Doing something to nourish the spirit, mind or body can provide great relief when times turn blustery. Going for a walk, being brave and reaching out like you did here, planning a vacation (even if you don’t plan to go), reading or playing an instrument are just some of the hundreds of things one can do to recharge.

Also, habit improvements could also help...is there one thing you could slowly and gradually and gently replace with something nourishing? Perhaps posture, movement or taking time to reflect more often. Or perhaps taking more breaks, or budgeting and tracking expenses. How’s is your environment? Could it be tidied?

Remember the smallest thing changes everything and you have the power to do that. Make a commitment to yourself to do something for yourself. Plant that seed and nurture it with patience and love and gentleness. You can do it. Grow your dream life garden! 🌹 🌲 🌱 🌧 ☀️ 🌏 💜 😊 😊 😊

it sounds like your nervous system is exhausted either mentally, physically or emotionally. You need sleep, at whatever cost. Even if it is melatonin or what not.

supposing you get your sleep and maybe even 9-10 hours of it, then see about your relaxation and acceptance of things. Do you fight everything? Do you exhaust yourself Earlier in the day due to how you handle stress? I learned how to struggle less with act and dare and that has helped tremendously. Like floating with things and not fighting thoughts, feelings, sensations….
