Many emotions
My anxiety is so physical that I wish I can control my mind but so many emotions come to mind. I wish I could have control of my body and mind

I'm sorry that you are dealing with a lot of anxiety. It can be so difficult to control. You are not alone in this. @passionateLemon9677 Hi Passionate Lemon. Have you talked to a psychologist/therapist/counselor? What about some temporary/permanent medication to take the edge off? I know I go for walks and it helps ease the anxiety and depression. I’m also reading some books: The 10 best-Ever anxiety management techniques and Feeling Good. All this has helped me when I’m in a funk

Anxiety does affect people in physical ways. Some medications also have side effects that might feel like anxiety. Can you talk to a doctor or nurse practitioner to find out what's really going on? It could be a physical issue that's causing the anxiety? Reach out, advocate for yourself. It can take time to get an answer, but be persistent. Good luck.
