Does any one else feel anxious when they see a message notification? Which ever platform it may be.

yes! idk if this will help you but i went to settings and clicked notifications and turned off the badges on all the apps i didnt want to have the red number (which for me was all of them) also i have an iphone so idk how to do it on say an andriod phone sorry!
