My day after a panic attack is unbearable

yesterday, i had one of the worst panic attack in my entire life, i was screaming, crying, my head hurted, my heart was beating very fast, i needed to breath a lot, and insulted some friends.

i cant bear to talk to them again, and i still have a lot of job to do, my head hurt a lot, i could try to relax, but i have still a lot of work to do today, and i'm already so much late.

i did some breathing exercise, but it's not helping much.

@MisterLN After having a stressful day and panic attack, maybe what would be best is to relax however there is still work to do and the chores never end which can build our anxiety. What helps me when I am anxious is taking it easy on myself and allowing myself to be a wreck even if others say I should "smile" or be okay. With your schedule, it may be hard to relax but if you can , it wwould be ncie to have some time to yourself because maybe you are feeling overwhelmed and that was what triggered your panic attack, who knows. But all the best, you will be okay :)

@luxx454 thanks, it's hard to focus and have some time for myself, i feel bad when i'm playing games, or drawing, because i know i'm wasting time, or my narcissic mom will scream at me saying i'm not doing anything of the whole day, so i often dont try to enjoy my time, or quickly end it, i try to play 30minutes of a game a day or watching a part of a movie, so i can quickly return to work
