My morning
Today my son started school. 1st day of 6th grade. Hoping he has a good school year. Every year he has a rough year due to the other kids. He tries so hard to fit in. He just wants to be liked and accepted. He's constantly getting bullied every year. Poor kid needs a break. So now I'm sitting here worrying..I just pray he enjoys his day and makes new friends..

Middle School is a hard time for a boy who's been bullied. He is very fortunate to have you sympathize with him.

Hello. Yesterday I had the worst panic attack. It went on for hours, and it all started because I choked on my food. This happened before and I guess I got scared. I now feel nervous when I eat. I’m trying not to think about it. But I really need advice on how to move on from this fear of choking.

Hi Maple. Your feelings are totally understandable and reasonable as you just want him to have a great year. I'm sorry he had to go through that in the past, but I'm sure this year will be different. Middle school is completely different, and I'm sure those kids are going to love him. Regardless of what happens this year, your son will be fine because he has a mother that loves him so much. Give him your love and support, and he'll have a wonderful year❤️
