Never-ending
This is gonna be kinda vent-y because so much is happening. Everything in my life is so incredibly overwhelming right now. I've begun working solo at my new job, which is so cool but so stressful because I don't have as much experience as my coworkers. College starts up for me again next week and I am trying to rearrange my schedule so that I can spend more time at work since I learn more at work about my future career, then I have in two years in school. My time to change these classes in in 10ish hours and there is only one spot left in one class and I need it.
I am also moving. Long story short(ish), I got in a huge fight with my roomate because she doesn't clean, take out the trash, do the dishes (she won't even put her dishes in the dishwasher). I didn't clean one week because I spent 87 hours at work and barely had time to form a cohesive thought, much less do household chores. She refused to acknowledge that she doesn't clean and didn't last year either when we lived together on campus. She hasn't been at our apartment since we fought but is coming back tomorrow to move out. I don't want to see her entitled self, but I don't know what times she is coming or how long she's staying. SHe just told me that she is moving out tomorrow and Saturday, I work on Saturday so I shouldn't see her (hopefully) but I'm off tomorrow so I don't know what to do.
I'm also moving in with my co worker a week from tomorrow. I'm kinda nervous, one because I've never lived alone with a guy before and I only met him a month ago? I mean we pretty much have spent everday the past month together (sometimes 13 hours a day). I'm just scared that something's gonna go wrong or he's gonna hate me and not want to live with me.
There is just so much going on in my life that I barely know what's happening on a day to day basis and my brain feels like mush from running overtime everyday.
@gabby2437 Wow that really is a lot to be dealing with at once! I'm glad you've got this opportunity to work towards your career but it definitely sounds stressful investing so much into it while all these changes are happening. I can see you're trying to priortize your time and that you recognize when you need support from someone else. I'm surprised you even had time to tell your roommate that you felt she could do more! I'm sorry that discussion didn't go so well. I understand why it'd be uncomfortable seeing her after, but it sounds like you feel as if you did the right thing. I also think it's cool that you are giving your new roommate a chance to be new as your roommate. Even if you spend all day together, that's a different setting! I hope as these changes settle down, you find some time to rest and reorganize so your brain isn't so mushy. Wishing you the best! Sounds like that overtime determination will take you far!
