I had alot of trams in my life from death of a son to my grandparents even family life I'm.blessed not.to.be depressed but.I'm suffering my panic attacks and its scary my heart.races and I breathe heavy I wish my doc took me serious

@bloggurl I'm deeply sorry for your losses. My daughter had cancer when little, and there is no comparison, but if you need to talk at any time, I'm here and will do my best to support you. I think that when life changing events happen, particularly death, often it's not possible to process it at that time. It's just too overwhelming. Scary as it is, it's natural for you to be experiencing panic attacks. And they can be helped, at the very least, understood, with the right support. I agree, seeing another doctor is a good step. Also, you've made a great step forward by writing on here. You've faced so much, be patient and kind to yourself. Take care, Janet x
