Newbie here :)

Just an introductory post. My mother in law told me about this place yesterday so I thought I'd give it a try. My anxiety issues have completely thrown my life off track, it's causing my marriage to collapse, and I just want to win sometime. I'm tired of living the way that I do and I want to improve myself.
