New level of anxiety. Buspirone.

My life has become only worrying. I am so anxious, sensitive, and feel completely debilitated. I’m afraid of change, people, and everything. I’ve always struggled with anxiety, but since my “ideal” future has completely changed, COVID affected my family relationships, and my anxiety has pushed my boyfriend away, I have been completely debilitated by it all. I’m now on buspirone. Will life get better? Can I ever enjoy anything ever again?

Sorry that COVID-19 changes your “ideal” future. It is a hard time but I believe that things will get better. You will get better and we will go through this pandemic. Be hopeful and faithful. You can make it and enjoy life again. Wish you the best.
