I've just been diagnosed with anxiety (plus mild depression) and just been put on Aropax... but I'm scared to take them because I don't want to be reliant on medication to make me happy. Plus cos I work in a Doctors Surgery, after my appt, my doctor told me how surprised she was that I have anxiety cos I'm always so happy...
