Hi I’m new to this app I’m really struggling with my health anxiety atm I’m just looking for someone to chat to help distract me I feel so scared and alone.

Hi Devon, you can enter the general queue for support but you also lookup in the browse listener with the requirement that they have direct experience with anxiety. Hope this helps.
