I woke up feeling great but everything changed when I went outside, after about 0 min I started feeling hot and faint. Now I'm home and I feel awful, nauseated weak faint, blurry vission. Why is this happening? Is it because I went outside ?

Have you had any water today? Sometimes that happens to me when I'm not hydrated enough. I start to feel very light-headed if I'm dehydrated and I'm outside (especially if I'm standing up instead of sitting).

Sorry you don't feel well today. Hope you get better!

@TheFortuneCookie thank you for your reoly. Yes I did, I had water. But every time I go outside or do any activity for that matter I feel unwell. Tired, fatigued and nauseated. I have had many tests done and they are all normal. I even started eating healthy but i still feel that way. Was better for like a month now I'm back to feeling sick again.

Deppends. How long haven't you been outside? When I go multiple days without going outside I do feel nauseous and dizzy, specially if it's sunny.

But if you suffer from anxiety feeling dizzy, nauseous, fainty and sweating are all symptoms from it. Do you usually have anxiety outside? if so could be a mix of both

Try to drink alot of water but slowly, small sips. Do breathing exercises and after a while try to lay down, maybe with a towel with cold water.

Best of luck! :)

Since I gained weight whenever I go out and come back in from cold I feel like that from sweating so much then I have to drink and take ginger tablet if it's bad enough.
