Hello everyone. Ive decided to look around for resources to minimize my anxiety and other disorders. I just want to focus on a certain topic right now, for the last few weeks I've been scared with the thought that my boyfriend is eventually not going to be on the earth one day. I find myself struggling to sleep at night, I'll just lay and admire him? Or when he went to work this morning I laid in bed and started to cry at the thought of him not being there?. I've reassured myself it's just my anxiety but I'm not sure how to help minimize it. . but I'm absolutely terrified to lose my boyfriend.

@Jsmvne. I think the same things sometimes. One of you does have to go first and it's s scary thought. I wonder if the Virus is contributing to these fears. I think it does for me. It makes us feel more mortal. I don't have a solution except maybe to practice living in the moment and appreciating the present.

@Jsmvne

Hi, I am sorry about your anxiety, what can help sometimes is thinking that even if those thoughts seem real and make you feel anxious and scared, they are just that : thoughts sooner or later they will be less intense.

Enjoy your life, your boyfriend each day that is all we can do, he is going to be ok but if something happened you will have liked to enjoy each second you were together instead of worrying
